Description Cancer Data Support Specialist - Kadlec Clinic
Hematology and Oncology at Kadlec Regional Medical Center Under the
general direction of the Cancer Care Program Manager, provide
coordination of the Kadlec Tumor Board conferences, working in
collaboration with Cancer Care Program Manager and Cancer Registry
and maintaining documentation for the presentation and discussion
of patient cases for multidisciplinary physicians, medical staff
and healthcare professionals across Tri-Cities Cancer Center/Kadlec
Regional Medical Center system. Researches patient information,
prepares and distributes materials and provides support for cancer
conferences, Tumor Boards and Multidisciplinary conferences.
Provides support for adherence to accreditation standards,
including Cancer Committee's Commission on Cancer (COC), the
National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC),the
National Accreditation Program for Breast Cancer (NAPBC) and the
Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) standards. Required
Qualifications:
- 2 years Heath care experience Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science
- Experience in Oncology, or Tumor registry
- Experience with electronic patient health systems Our
