Job Description Summary

The Data Integration Specialist will work with internal and external partners on electronic data integration and management projects. Support multiple projects and workstreams in the SAP S/4 Hana Project Transformation Logistics area interfacing with various teams to deliver SAP objectives and EDI capabilities.

Job Description

* Work with cross functional teams in Project Transformation, internal Supply Chain along with consultants, 3PL warehouses, and DataHub providers to onboard data sharing, and data utilization projects.
* Test and collaborate onboarding EDI/B2B/B2C transactions for new and updated systems and processes for 3PL integrations.Trouble shooting resolution.
* Support workstream Project Transformation testing cycle timelines
* Manage multiple projects at one time and assist with project documentation.
* Provide project status updates to various groups at all management levels.
* Motivate project teams internally and externally to ensure timely and successful project completion.
* Collaborate with teams to perform SAP build and testing activities
* Ability to travel 25%-50%

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Education/ Certifications: (Required & Preferred)

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Information Systems

Skills and Experience:

* 5 Years in Supply Chain, 2 years focused on Warehouse/Transportation EDI transactions.
* Experience in Project Management, *Customer Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
* Knowledge of Order Processing, Logistics, Production Planning, and Plant Processes
* Ability to coordinate and positively influence cross functional teams.
* Understanding of Database functions.
* Ability to read and troubleshoot EDI specification and raw data.
* Understanding of the following: Adobe, Word, Excel, SQL, Project, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Crystal Reports/BI, Visio, ASI, SDS, Share Point, Domo, Tableau, as well as various ERP, WMS, TMS, and Manufacturing Software.
* Preferred SAP experience
* Ability to read and interpret EDI transactional data.
* Understanding of Warehouse Management and Transportation Systems utilized in the Cold Storage Supply Chain
* Understanding of GS1 Standards and how they are utilized in the Supply Chain.
* Ability to travel 25%-50%

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $63,140.00 - $94,700.00
