Job Description:
Assemble and Analyze records of inpatients and outpatients.
Minimum Productivity Standards: Inpatient Charts: Assembly &
analysis combined - 37 charts/day (5/hr). Assembly as separate
function: 45 charts/day (6/hr). OPS/OBV Charts: Assembly & analysis
combined - 49 charts/day (6.5/hr). Assembly as separate function:
60 charts/day (8/hr). ED Charts: Assembly & analysis combined - 100
charts/day (13/hr). Assembly as separate function: 123 charts/day
(16/hr). This includes chart retrieval from the units and sorting
of miscellaneous papers/filing. Minimum Requirements: High School
Diploma or equivalent. At least six months experience. P erforms a
variety of clerical duties in support of the Health Information
Department functions. Salary Range: $15.74 - $21.67
