This is a Union Position.
BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Sign On Bonus Available: $5,000 with experience (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)
The certified nursing assistant (NAC) works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse in providing age specific direct patient care. - He/she ensures that quality is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent in the unit's standards of care. - The NAC demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. - Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent. - NAC Certification from the State of Washington. - AHA HCP (BLS for Healthcare Providers. - Six months or more experience in a hospital or long term care facility.
Salary Range: $16.07 - $24.36
