Job Description:

Responsible for assembly, analysis, and filing of clinical information to ensure compliance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements; Assists Health Information Management customers. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
Salary Range: $15.74 - $18.54

EDUCATION:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical terminology, health records, release of information, preferred.
  
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Health Information Management or related field and knowledge of medical terminology.
  
• Required Certification: None
  
• Required License: Washington State Drivers License. - Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company - - - vehicles for LHN business purposes. -
  
• Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. - Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. - Ability to - - - - work with culturally diverse population.
