EDUCATION

• Education: - Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy
  
• Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of patients served in Rehab Therapies
  
• Experience: Prior experience in a medical setting preferred
  
• Required Certification: Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Washington; Current American Heart Association BLS
  
• Required License: Washington State Driver's License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company - vehicles for LHN business purposes. -
  
• Other: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish-Speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population
  
  Salary Range: $43.11 - $60.78
  Sign On Bonus with Experience: (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)
