Job Description:

The Helpdesk/IT Support Technician is the primary contact for the Information Technology Department. This position, allows the IT department to serve our customers with a single point of contact. Customer contact to IT Helpdesk is by telephone, helpdesk service request system or email to helpdesk. Using Helpdesk service request software, the Helpdesk/IT Support Technician will record, manage, coordinate or resolve requests by following the IT Helpdesk Service Request processes. Our customers provide services to our patients. Therefore its important to provide a strong customer focus and genuine desire to assist our customers. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years experience in working an IT Helpdesk, 3+ years experience supporting PC's in a Windows environment, proficient in Windows OS, PC's, PDA's and Desktop Software.
