TPM Maintenance CI Manager

  • They are looking to hire a TPM Maintenance CI Manager that will oversee the Maintenance TPM Pillar and will work at their corporate offices in Washington
  • This position will be responsible to facilitate, influence, and lead a TPM Maintenance program from scratch

      • The TPM Maintenance Manager is a vital leader in the company---s commitment to building a High Performing Organization.
      • As plant Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) leader, you will drive the implementation, growth, and sustainability of TPM as ---how we do the work--- from the ground up.
      • Being a member of the corporate leadership team, you will offer TPM leadership and expertise and be key in building the capability of the Maintenance Pillar. Responsibilities
        • Align corporate resources with business priorities of Safety, Quality, Service and Savings and assist in the creation, deployment, and execution of 4-6 sites TPM Plan for Maintenance
        • Serve as the site TPM Steering Committee Lead and be an active stakeholder for the specific TPM pillars
        • Actively train, lead, direct the site managers, HR Managers, Safety Managers, Quality Managers and other leadership teams to assist with engaging in daily management systems and identifying opportunities for improvement on a continuous basis
        • Advocate for and be a change leader in a continuous improvement environment by prioritizing and managing CI initiatives
        • Mentor and develop plant level CI Managers to their next level in the TPM journey
        • Engage and coach project teams to drive productivity efficiency and loss elimination
        • Lead the site---s progression through the company---s internal TPM Assessment journey
        • Deliver TPM training aligned with training plans and support the skills required to create a Loss Analysis culture
        • Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP), sharing best practices and driving the organization to high performance Qualifications
          • Bachelor---s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Business, or other related education
          • Must have at minimum a Six-Sigma Green Belt
          • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and maintenance environment
          • 5+ years of experience in leading a CI Systems methodology and or a maintenance department with experience with TPM
          • Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA) projects
          • Possess: strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, effective team building skills, proven ability to deliver results, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize and the ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain strong employee relations
          • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop others, and strategically plan for continuous improvement.
          • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization
          • Effective PC skills required (Microsoft Office)
          • Strong analytical skills including experience performing data Preferred Qualifications:
            • MBA or Master---s degree
            • Working knowledge of TPM and HPO principals and methodology (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design)
            • Strong financial acumen with costing background
            • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified
              • Proven experience driving culture change using sound change management methodology
              • Knowledge with the P&G continuous improvement initiatives #CB #ZR
