Job Overview: Account Sales Manager for Greater Pasco, Richland, & Kennewick, WA Hiring Immediately The Account Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focused on execution and merchandising. Accountable for retention and penetration of small and large format customers by geography and may handle some on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory. Schedule - Full-time; Monday- Friday; 1st shift (6 am) Position Responsibilities - Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives. - Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, service requirements. - Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands. - Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material according to company merchandising standards. - Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays. - Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability. - Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations. - Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising. Total Rewards: - Salary Range: $38,200.00 - $59,200.00 / year, base plus commission - Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors - Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement - Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling. - Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly. - Possession of a valid driver's license. - Proof of vehicle insurance - Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
