Description The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program - Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License - Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required. Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or - Ph.D. in Accredited Physical Therapy Program. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
